Cheese Takes All at Mac and Cheeze Takedown

Another culinary Takedown took over the Bell House Sunday, January 29th for the first ever Mac and Cheeze Takedown. A crowd of cheese-and-carb loving enthusiasts gathered to sample 25 different takes on the side dish staple. From Piers Morton's truffle oil mac and cheese (audience choice winner) to a creamy four-mushroom creation by Andrew Gottlieb (judge's choice winner), and everything in between (sweet potato, broccoli rabe and even rosemary mac and cheese), this was a true food fantasy come true.
