A unique shopping experience, D. Coluccio and Sons has become the source for chefs, retailers, and consumers to source genuine Italian products. Tchoup is short for Tchoupitoulas, which is the name of a famous street in New Orleans and pronounced "Chop". Chef Simon Glen is the creator of Tchoup Shop, which is a New Orleans style "pop-up" BBQ that takes place once a week in a backyard of a bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Tchoup specializes in Louisiana classics like BBQ Shrimp, gumbos, Po' boys and killer buttermilk biscuits.

 

The Chocolate Room

The Saint Austere

Siblings Fabrizio, Jacqueline and John Pirolo share the duties of owners/operators. Michael Pirolo, another sibling and the Chef de Cuisine of Scarpetta Miami designed the menu and our goal is to provide the neighborhood with an honest, unpretentious and laid back drinking and dining experience. Both the food and beverage program have been inspired by and center around Old World (Europe) food and drink.

 

The Sunburnt Calf BK

Located a stones throw away from the upcoming Barclays Center, The Sunburnt Calf Brooklyn (A.K.A. The Calf BK), is the fourth venture from restaurateur Heathe St. Clair and the Moo Life Group (The Sunburnt Cow, The Sunburnt Calf, Bondi Road). The restaurant will feature a unique "Australasian" menu by chefs Christopher Faulkner (The Moo Life Group) and Jimmy Tu (Eleven Madison Park, Fulton) and will reflect the Asian influence of Australia's Pacific island region.
