Dinosaurs may be a thing of the past, but not when it comes to BBQ. The Syracuse-born popular chain, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que with four New York locations, has plans to populate Brooklyn in the near future. An early report from journalist Ben Popken maintains their search for a substantial space has landed them at 604 Union Street, with a visible notice posted for a liquor license application. Park Slopers will eventually get their fill of stuffing staples like ‘cued brisket, pulled-pork sammies, and charred burgers, accompanied by the requisite fixings like Creole potato salad, creamy slaw, curried succotash, and mac & cheese.
