Open everyday of the week for every meal, don’t miss a beat - or breakfast - at this new canteen 606 R&D from the City Bakery team. Aptly named for their locale and initials, Ilene Rosen and Sara Daima bring variety to ProCo opening this past Friday for dinner with everything from a rotisserie for chicken and cauliflower, braised lamb shank, and butternut squash egg drop soup to brunch fare like “Grandma Lucy’s puffy pancake” and a good ol’ dog garnished with kraut and mustard. Let’s not forget robot machine-made doughnuts, artisan breads and cheeses from the mini market up front, and the liquid lush delights of tapped kombucha and creative cocktails. This is bodega meets eatery meets bar - to the 606th degree. 606 Vanderbilt Avenue, Prospect Heights
